Please use the form below to request a repeat prescription for your pet’s medication. We will then contact you via SMS when it’s ready for collection so you can drop in to pay for and collect it.
Orders require 24 hours notice. For same day collection, please contact the clinic directly on 9789 3444.
Please note that some medications cannot be redispensed without a visit with the Vet. If this is the case we will contact you to make an appointment. For chronic medications we need to have seen your pet within the last 6 months. If you are due for an appointment, you can also book one online here.
