Dr Heather Kingston graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1981 with a Bachelor of Veterinary Science.
For many years Heather owned and operated the Rye Veterinary Clinic where she still works part-time. She has an interest in dermatology, animal behaviour and geriatric pet care.
When not working as a vet Heather loves walking, gardening (including her vegetable garden), playing tennis and watching live music (mainly her son’s band “The Naysayers”!)
Heather’s “bucket list” includes travelling around Australia with her husband, John in their campervan and walking the Camino de Santiago in Spain.
The current Kingston pets are Tap the Bernese Mountain dog, Pebbles the three legged Burmese cat and lots of fish.
