Biography:
Dr Nikki started at Karingal Veterinary Hospital in early 2023, after recently graduating from the University of Adelaide in 2022 with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. Nikki grew up in Victor Harbor, South Australia, and worked as a veterinary assistant throughout her studies. Nikki moved over to Melbourne to live with her sister (& her border collies), and is loving starting her career as a veterinarian with the wonderful team at Karingal Veterinary Hospital. Nikki has a special interest in behaviour and training, and has recently completed her Fear Free certification. She has a beautiful Australian Cattle dog named Mia (which sparked her passion for working breeds) and a cat called Bella. Outside of her work, you’ll always find Nikki doing some kind of activity – whether that’s spending time outdoors, at the beach, bouldering, playing netball or exploring trails with her dog.
